Responsibilities
1. Assist in sales & marketing activity and exhibition
2. Prepare, manage and follow up on maintenance proposal quotations, service contracts, and client documentation.
3. Conduct market research on competitor pricing, service intervals, and customer pain points.
4. Support the creation of digital content and service marketing kits to promote services.
5. Help manage CRM data and assist in tracking monthly client engagement & conversion metrics.
6. Join on-site client visits or product demos for experiential learning.
